ohyea~ Finally, they are 'standing'. My car was nearly towed by bloody DBKL. Luckily i didn't simply parked my car while i was having dinner where i usually did. There were 5 or 6 tow cars roaming around Bangsar Village that hour. Well, i had that experience before, it wasn't good at all, seriously.
So moral of the story, keep an eye on your car if you do illegal parking, especially when you do double parking, that's what i do always=)
